I do crossfit because:
I enjoy how much it makes me push myself physically and mentally. Its a sport where you always can make yourself a little bit better. I also love the community aspect of it. It's extremely fun being about to workout with the CFG family!
I coach because:
It's a great feeling knowing I have the ability to help someone reach their goals. The community aspect also definitely comes into play. CFG has a great community among its athletes, so it's awesome being able to help out anyway possible.
My best exercise is:
Pull ups. Or any other bodyweight movements.
