Find Max 10 Min: Pause Back Squat/5 Sec Tempo Squat/1 1/4 Squat/Squat

 

Practice

90sec on/2min off:
-7 OHS
-7 t2b

 

WEDNESDAY

Find Max Power Snatch in 10 Min, then take 70% and do Max reps in 1 Minute

 

Test

20 Min AMRAP
-10 Thrusters (P: 52/35 F: 42/30)
-20 KBS (P: 32/24 F: 24/16)
-30 DU

 

THURSDAY

3 Sets:
-45 Sec Plank
-15 Sec OHS Hold
-7 Strict HSPU
